Do not use any other oil for cooking other than Coconut oil. ALL others go rancid when heat is applied and they immediately turn to trans fats to clog your arteries. Coconut oil does not go rancid with heat. The other oils are good plain on salads etc. But they even go rancid if the cap is left off for too long and become oxidized just from oxygen! Coconut oil for life.. Recent science shows Coconut oil lowers bad cholesterol and highers good cholesterol!!
