Winter Foods- Dry Fruits

Dry Fruits:          

                                                

  • Almonds, pistachio, raisins, dried figs and walnuts – great sources of energy during winters.

  • Loaded with vitamins, minerals

  • Satisfies hunger for a long period of time.

  • Carry them while travelling or eat as a quick snack.

  • Drink hot milk with the powder of all the dry fruits (masala dhoodh).

  • Will warm you up and induce good sleep.

  • Not to go overboard with dry fruits, else, too much would make them heavy to digest.
