Pina Colada Lassi or Buttermilk


Pina Colada Lassi: It is perfect on a hot summer day.

Ingredients: 150 ml chilled pineapple juice, 150 ml coconut milk, 150 ml thick sweetened yogurt, 1 cup crushed ice, 1/4 cup finely chopped pineapple pieces.


  • Blend the pineapple juice, coconut milk, yogurt and crushed ice in a blender till smooth.
  • Pour into chilled glasses, garnish each with finely chopped pineapple and serve!
